If your team does not have more than the mandatory five players, please still fill out all player information.
Coach and/or Team Manager must have player Tribal I.D. or C.D.I.B. on their person for team check-in 1/30 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel ballrooms. Team check-in is mandatory or your team will forfeit out of tournament.
*Please note that in case of a protest: a Tribal I.D. or C.D.I.B must be presented within the hour. If a player cannot present either form of identification then the player will be expelled from the tournament.*

Players must show proof of Tribal I.D. or C.D.I.B., upon request. If not able to provide necessary identification, player will be expelled from tournament.
Rosters are locked at start of first game.*
Roster limit: eight (8) players per team for all divisions.
Players must be 18 or older by start of tournament date.
Game times:
Adult Teams:
Winners bracket: two, twenty (20) minute halves.
Losers bracket: two, fifteen (15) minute halves.
Legends: two, fifteen (15) minute halves.
Four (4) minutes for overtime - one (1) full timeout per team.
Each team will receive two (2) 30-second timeouts and two (2) full length timeouts per game.
Team jerseys are required. No taped on numbers.
Mercy rule: if up by 30 points in the last 10 minutes of second half.
Bonus on seventh (7) team foul, double bonus on tenth (10) team foul.
No fighting tolerated. Any player(s) fighting in a game will be ejected with a one game suspension.
Officials call is final, verbal abuse will not be tolerated. Physical contact against any official will constitute ejection from the game and the tournament area.
Any player under the influence of alcoholic beverages, drugs, including inhalants, will not be permitted to play and will be reported to the proper authorities.
Game time and game schedule subject to change at the discretion of tournament staff.
Technical Fouls: fee must be paid before player can return to game, even if technical is received during an elimination game.
First technical: $50
Second Technical: + ejection from game: $100
In case of protest, there is a $100 protest fee. No refund will be issues whether the protest is won or lost.
Coach (team manager or team representative):
Must be at least 18 years old.
Will be the one to contact in case of a protest and will also be held liable for player misconduct.
Must show proof of Tribal I.D. or CDIB, upon request. If not able to provide necessary identification, player will be expelled from tournament.
Coaches, team managers, or team representatives, are solely responsible and accountable for all completed paperwork, and if applicable: filling out the W-9 for the teams prize check.
